Reminder-- Wednesday April 22 is the U.S. History STAAR test. This is a late start for any students not testing.
Students must be in class by 11:55 am to be present. Gates open at 11:30am and students must be checked in before 11:55 am. Students that arrive after 11:55 am will be counted absent for the day.

THERE ARE SIX BRANCHES OF THE U.S. MILITARY:
Each branch has its own active-duty and part-time components.
Each branch varies in service commitment, location, and how its members contribute to the overall mission of protecting our country.
All components are on the same rank-based pay scale.
The Army is the oldest branch of the military; the Space Force is the youngest.
The first women enlisted in the U.S. Armed Forces around World War I.
Military children are resilient, brave, and serve alongside their families every day.
